Dmitriy has been transferred to a mental institution. I have said many times on this blog what transferred means...A family once asked me if I knew where he was. I do not for sure. But now I found someone whom DOES know where he is at. You can contact them HERE. They are the Cornish family and have adopted two little kids out of his same orphanage.
